Here's how to register to bid:

Go to https://framinggirls2020.ggo.bid
Click the "Start Bidding" button in the upper right of the screen.
Click the green "Create Account" button.
Enter your email address.
Wait for verification email (check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox).
Follow verification link and complete form. Be sure to provide your mobile number.
Verify that payment method, billing address, email address and mobile phone number are correct. Click on the grey boxes to update information.
Click on the "Start Bidding!" link to enter the auction.
